Contents: Chinese rice 150g( Boiled Chinese Rise 400g ), Mix vegetables 200g ( Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Green Peas) Ginger paste 15 g, Shri Hari Fried Rice Masala Pkt.(20g),Oil 20 g.
(1) Boil chinese rice with oil in water.
(2) Drain extra water from it.
(3) Finely chop all the vegetables.
(4) Heat the oil, saute ginger paste in it. Add finely chopped vegetables, boiled rice and Shri Hari Fried Rice Masala, Mix it well.
(5) Serve hot with coriander and spring onion as per taste and liking.
