Contents : Chinese rice 250 g., Mix vegetable 250 g( Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Green Peas) Ginger paste 15g, Oil 20 g, Green chilli sauce-2 spoon, Soya sauce-1 spoon, vinegar 1 Spoon.
(1) Boil Chinese rice with oil in water.
(2) Drain extra water from it.
(3) Finely chop all the vegetables.
(4) Heat the oil, saute ginger paste in it. Add finely chopped vegetables, boiled rice, green chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and Shri Hari Fried Rice Masala, Mix it well.
(5) Serve hot with coriander and spring onion as per taste and liking.
