Contents : 200g Moraiya, 300g Vegetables (Potato, Parvar (Pointed Ground), Capsicum, Tomato), 50g Ginger – Green chillies, 30g Crushed Peanuts, Dry Red chilli 1 no, Curry Leaves, Fresh Coriander, Groundnut Oil or Pure Ghee.
First, wash moraiya well and keep it aside
Heat the oil/ghee in a pan and add the Ginger-Chilli paste, Curry Leaves, Dry red chilies and saute it well, then add chopped vegetables with Shri Hari Moraiya Khichdi Masala, add crushed peanuts and two big glass full of water mix it well and bring to boil.
Add Moraiya, mix it well, and cook properly by keeping the lid on the pan, When khichdi is ready, serve with fresh coriander.
