Contents : 200g. Sabudana, 150g. Potato, Capsicum 1 no, 50g Ginger-Green Chillies, 30g Crushed Peanuts, Dry Red Chilli 1 no., Curry Leaves, Coriander, Groundnut Oil or Pure Ghee
Recipe :
Soak Sabudana for 4 to 5 hours.
Heat the oil/ghee in a pan and add Ginger – Chill, Curry Leaves, Dry red chilies, Chopped Potato, Capsicum, and “SHRI HARI” Sabudana Khichdi Masala mix it well, if needed add sugar and saute it well.
Add soaked Sabudana in it mix it well, add crushed peanuts, and cook properly. When khichdi is ready serve with coriander.
