Contents : 25g Maida, 40g corn flour, 250g Mix Vegetables(Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Capsicum), Shri Hari Manchurian Masala one packet(10g)
Manchurian Ball Recipe : (1) Take 250g finely chopped mixed vegetables, 40 gram Corn flour, 125g Maida, complete masala form the packet, mix it well.(Do not add water)(2) Prepare small round balls from the mix. (3) Heat oil in the pan, deep fry prepared balls.
For Gravy: 75g Mix vegetables (Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Capsicum), Shri Hari Manchurian gravy masala one packet(10gram), 2 spoon Green chili sauce, 1 spoon Soya Sauce, half spoon vinegar, oil 10 gram, 10-gram cornflour.
Recipe for Gravy : (4) Heat oil in a pan, aad ginger paste and finely chopped vegetables, soya sauce, green chili sauce, tomato sauce, saute for a minute, Make cornflour paste with one glass of water (250ml), and remaining masala from the packet and boil it to make the thick gravy ready. (5) Add deep-fried Manchurian balls in gravy and enjoy.
