250g. Potatoes, Edible Oil, 25g Ginger, 3 Tomatoes (Add Garlic according to Taste.
Heat 2 Tablespoon Oil in a pan and add ginger paste in it, then add diced tomatoes and saute it well. Add boiled and diced potatoes in it along with the shri hari potato (garlic) sabji masala. Heat it unti the potatoes soften. Now tasty potato sabji is ready, serve hot. for authentic taste of Kathiawadi Potato (garlic) sabji add garlic with the ginger paste & saute.
