Recipe
QUANTITY MEASURE : 1kg Dal Rice = 10g Masala.
In a cooker with 1 kg Dsl-Rice, Add turmeric salt, water as per required.
Heat 50g oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry chilles, ginger-red chilli paste and saute it.
Add chopped potatoes, tuver dana, peas and complete masala from packet, mix it well.
Add this mixture in a cooker, cook it and serve hot and tasty khichdi.
