Recipe
1) Fry 300 gram chopped mix vegetables (french beans, Peas, carrot, potato cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, chilies) Boil the peas.
2) Crush 3 tomatoes make 50 gram ginger chilli paste.
3) In a pan saute 2 nos tej pan ginger chilli paste then add crushed tomatoes, complete packet masala and two glass of water to make the gravy ready.
4) add the ll fried vegetables and peas in the greavy with coriander on top the tastey veg kolhapuri is ready to serve.
