(1) Boil 1 Kg palak with a little salt, Make it cool with cold water. Crush it, Fry 200g paneer in ghee, make them soft in hot water.
(2) Saute 2 nos. of tej-Pan and Ginger-Chilli paste in ghee, add crushed tomatoes and complete packet masala, add haft glass water and make the gravy ready.
(3) Add crushed palak and paneer pieces in gravy, with 2 spoon milk cream on top, delicious palak paneer is ready to serve.
