Use 1 kg Mixed vegetables.
1) Boil 1kg. vegetables and crush it except peas.
2) Heat Oil, ghee or butter, add ginger chilli paste into it, add tomato, capsicum and fry it for some time.
3) Add 1 litre water, and complete packet masala prepare a gravey then add all crushed vegetables and delicious Pav bhaji is ready.
