1) Take 250g Potato boil with little salt cut into pieces and fry it. boil 100 gram peas (matar), grate 100 paneer and fry in hot ghee
2) Crush 3 tomatoes make 50g paste of ginger & green chilli.
3) Heat the ghee in a pan, then add 2 nos of tej pan, chilli paste and saute it, add crushed tomatoes, complete masala fromm the packet and 2 large glass full of water and make the gravy.
4) Add fried Potatoes grated paneer and peas into gravy and tasty aloo matar is ready, serve with spoon milk cream.
