Kathiawadi Sev Tomato Recipe :
Ingredients : Salt, Sugar, Red Chilli, Corriander, Turmeric, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Compounded ASafoetida, Amchur Spices & Condiments.
Required Items : 250g. Tomatoes, Edible Oil, 25g. Ginger Paste, Curry Leaves.
Recipe : Heat 2 Tablespoon oil in a pan and add ginger paste along with the curry leaves. Add 1 tomato’s puree and saute it well. Add half a glass of water along with the entire packet of Shree Hari Sev Tomato Masala and remaining diced tomatoes, mix it well. Heat the mixture til it start boiling. Add the sev and mix it well. Garnish it with coriander and serve Kathiawadi Sev Tomato Sabji. Onion/Garlic can be used according to Taste.
