Contents: Take 150g. Tuver Dal (Split Pigeon Peas), 25g ginger Paste, Tomato 1 Nos, Dried Red Chillies 2 Nos, 2 small spoons of Mustard Seeds & Fenugreek Seeds, Curry leaves, Coriander, Edible oil 50g, Water 1.5 Liter, Jaggery 50g. Or as per your taste.
Recipe :
Boil 125g Tuver dal and tomatoes in a pressure cooker and crush it with a blender. (Also you can use elephant Foot Yam, Dry dates, and Peanuts for better taste while cooking the tuver dal in the cooker)
Heat 50g oil, add dry red chilies, mustard, and fenugreek seeds. Then saute ginger paste in it.
Add masala from the packet with boiled tuver dal-tomato crush with excess water and bring to oil
As the dal boils, add fresh coriander and enjoy tasty Gujarati dal.
